No China ingredients ever! I recommend visiting their web site if you have additional questions. They typically get back within a couple days.

Q: Does this really expire if kept at room temperature and sealed? We didn't use it all in time and hate to waste a half a bag :(

I was not aware this product would expire. I take the product out of the bag and put it in a plastic "screw type" lid container for easier access. My little guy only uses 1/4 tsp. twice per day, so it lasts a good long time. Such a good product!

Q: How long will this product keep once water has been added to make a gravy? Looking to use it for a dog boarding for two weeks.

The best way to handle this issue would be to make up a batch of gravy in a container (instructions on packet or website) and add the gravy to each meal as needed.
