The individuals are 1 ounce each, or what is considered a serving. That's why I buy them...so I don't have to measure or guestimate.

Q: Do you have the bbq flavor available?

Some flavors are in and out of availability. Look at their main site and you’ll be amazed. The onion ones are a must try too

Q: Do these have any Nutritional value? I see veggie straws and think I'm getting vegetable vitamins and minerals.
