I purchased this chair for my husband, who is a pretty big guy. He also has a lot of back issues. He had been waffling about getting a new chair for several months and complained about his back hurting. I finally just ordered it after reading multiple good reviews. He put it together in about half an hour. He is super happy and has mentioned several times how much better it is than his old chair. Money well spent!

This office chair is fantastic from a technical standpoint, super comfortable, customizable and fits big and tall people adequately. My only gripe is how horrible the chair smelled when it came in. Like a mildewy smell as my wife described it. I had to spend a whole day cleaning it with alcohol, vinegar and baking soda and leaving it outside in the sun before it started to smell less gross. There's still a slight smell but it's too much a pain to return and order another one. Definitely smell the chair and box before you set it up like I failed to do.
