My niece's original Chromebook charger failed suddenly and after a little research I ordered this unit for her back on March 2nd. She commented that "it fits kind of loose" but with a little jiggling and care it did what she needed so we left it at that. Over the past couple of weeks, she's mentioned that it seems to be getting progressively looser and it sometimes takes her a couple of minutes to get it plugged in "just right" so that it actually charged her Chromebook -- until this morning, when no amount of fiddling, pushing, or tweaking would make it work. Even attempting to use the Chromebook with one hand while holding the charger in the power port with the other hand didn't work. I'm currently scrambling to get her a new charger for the last few weeks of school but will not re-order this paperweight -- it never worked well, and only worked at all for about two months.

Worked very well. Had to look for the right charger for my Acer model, but once I found it, I ordered it. It shipped very quickly. When it arrived, I plugged it in, and it worked perfectly. Great product, reasonable price.

The power cords works as intended, but the laptop has glaring problems in itself so it makes it more like a temp fix which is better than most of the cords for it.

I was ready for disappointment but this is exactly like my original charger, only different color. The plug fits nicely in the computer port. The charger gets warm but not hot. Perfect for my Acer Aspire S13. Great buy, great price.
