Q: Will this help you lose weight?

The Whey Isolate has less calories per serving. So if you are really strict in your diet and calorie consumption then spend the extra money for the Whey isolate. Depending on they type of exercising you do would make a difference too in your weight loss. Just remember this is not a weight loss product.

Q: Does it dissolve easily in liquid (15 seconds of spoon stirring) or is it lumpy, clumpy, and blender is recommended?

I use a a single serve bullet blender but any hand emersion type mixer should work too. Also have used a shaker bottle (with wire/metal ball in it). If you shake long enough it will all dissolve. I don’t recommend just mixing with a spoon.

Q: $45 for 25 servings... What am I missing here?

I see $25.37 as the price. Not sure where the $45 comes from. I do see price fluctuations, but recently it's about the same price as MuscleMilk and tastes better.
