This inflatable pillow was perfect for my trip to Scotland. I loved that I could store it in my backpack and not worry about carrying a bulky pillow around. It inflated and deflates quickly. The material was nice and soft and you can the pillow as firm or soft as you’d like. I found it convenient and comfortable for an 8 hour flight. Well worth the price.

I just opened it up for the first time. My first impression is that it really does roll up nice and compact. The cover is very plush and soft, and seems like a durable material. It's also extremely fast and easy to inflate - took me two breaths, no need to release the valve, just uncover the hole and blow. Similarly, it deflates just as easy by just pushing the spring-loaded pin in and put a little pressure on the pillow. You do need to get all the air out to roll it back into the little bag, but if you roll it up starting from the end furthest from the valve and release air as you go it works just fine.The reasons for my 4 stars... The valve cap is very very tight inside the valve, making it pretty difficult to close. If you don't get it in level and kind of squish one of the sides in, it will sometimes push the deflate valve and then you have to reinflate it a bit. The ring that attaches the valve cap to the valve pops off very easily while trying to finagle it in too. Good news though is that even when I tried it out without the cap closed it seems the valve is still good enough to keep the air in. I can tell the ring is designed to be removed when you take the bladder out to wash the cover... But oh my goodness, I recommend you don't try to take it apart to wash it. It took me 15 minutes of 1) trying to get the valve realigned with the hole and 2) trying to stretch the decidedly *not* stretchy cloth back around the valve.One suggestion for those who said it won't inflate: use your fingers to pull the layers of the bladder apart from each other at the valve, making an open space under the valve. When the layers are pressed together the air can't get in, but making that little space fixes that issue.I take it on its first journey in a month. I'll update my review after I see how it fares.

I love this neck pillow. You can make it either a very firm or more soft pillow depending on how much you inflate it. When backpacking overseas for many months this was my pillow for travel and my pillow for sleeping (just covered it with a pillow case). I still have and use it regularly a year later. For cleaning I've just wiped it with alcohol wipes when needed. It's really helped my back and neck. I forgot it on a recent trip and bought a different neck pillow at the airport which was terrible! This is the only pillow that allows me to sleep on a plane. I'll buy it again.

It easily inflates and is not uncomfortable. However, it also pops open and deflates every now and then on its own.

The inflation valve is not two-way. Once you remove your mouth from the valve, it immediately begins to deflate, and reinserting the valve cap requires pushing in on the pillow, further deflating it. No matter how fast you are, it’s impossible to get a reasonable firmness. I should have listened to the other reviews. I would not recommend buying this product.

I just received my travel pillow today and it seems to be as good as review make it sound. I have not traveled with it yet so I don’t know if over time it will slowly leak air, but it’s very soft, blows up quickly and easily, and deflates easily. It’s also easy to roll back up and put in its pouch. My only issue is that there is a little warranty card where you can supposedly register your purchase. When I went online to do this the first thing to come up was the Amazon website and the second was ‘possible scam’ alert. I could not find a site to register the product. I am certainly not trying to suggest that the company is a scam because the product seems very good, but if they stand by their product, there should be recourse if there is an issue.
