This was a lovely birthday gift for my friend and she loved it.

Beautiful item, if was all in tact. Sadly it arrived broken, and cut my hand, leaving blood on item and clothes. Cannot contact seller to arrange refund, no options to do so. Only to return item, which I am not happy to do with blood inside. Therefore I have a broken item, and no means of contacting seller directly. However, I can see it would have been a beautiful item. The box was also damaged, so I presume this was a transportation breakage.
