MarmiteFlavored Yeast Extract, 4.40 oz

I just received this and it shows it expires in 2 months. What's the normal shelf life of this?

Is it a spread or a powder?

Is this Marmite from South Africa or is it the one from UK? I see it says South Africa, just want to make sure it is as the one from the UK tastes different and we only use the one from South Africa, tks
