Q: This is for full hatch not just window right?

The part I ordered wss for the full hatch, not the window.

Q: I put these on my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer but they are really strong. Can these be adjusted?

As far as I know they are not adjustable.

Q: Will this fit my 2007 Trailblazer SS?

I have the 2006 GMC Envoy (similar to the Trailblazer) and these worked well for me. Inexpensive, easy to install and they work great. Hope that helps.

They do not lock. Push down. I have a trailblazer and use them on the liftgate. They work great!
