My doctor recommended I take this supplement and I found this one and like you I read all of the reviews.I take 2 each morning.All I can say is my doctor is happy with my blood test results and I am no longer deficient.I've bought is many times now and I'll continue to get this brand. I've been using for about 1 1/2 years with great results.

I'm a physically active 50 year old man working in a high stress environment. Managing cortisol level and adrenal burnout are important as a field electrician and electronic programmer. Usually, I do not purchase blended ingredient products unless they have specific ingredients I have not tried before. This product has helped with my irritableness, mood stability, and mental fatigue. It's important to realize mental fatigue can occur even if you are physically ready to work. This can lead to all sorts of problems such as slow reaction time that leads to an accident. I would recommend this product for anyone suffering in a high stress environment that has mental fatigue or elevated cortisol levels.

I have just received these, so I haven't had much of a chance to review them. They are slightly large capsules (@ least in my opinion!). Once I have actually taken on a regular basis, I will try to remember to come back and update my thoughts on this supplement.

Menopause sucks. Been gaining lots of weight, can't sleep, tired, cranky and stressed out. Started these 2 weeks ago and so far I'm feeling much better. Watched Dr Berg on YouTube and he did a segment on Adrenal fatigue and menopause. I do believe this was my problem. I'm only feeling a difference in my energy levels. Not snacking and craving food. Sleeping deeper.

I was trying these in place of other more expensive suppliments in hopes they would work as well. My carb cravings are actually worse as well as my sleep, anxiety, and bloating (probably from the carbs). I was in high hopes and seemed to work at first, but has completely stopped before even finishing the bottle.

I've been using this product for a while now. Before I found it, I had tried other supplements claiming to give results. It wasn't until I started taking this product that I saw results - and pretty quickly! It's a great value for the price and I've been very pleased. It's now part of my daily supplements and I'm super grateful for it. I sleep so well at night now and it's helped tremendously. I highly recommend it!

Ya he utilizado este suplemento anteriormente en otras marcas.Y siempre me ha resultado.Disminuye mi estress..Me relaja pero sobretodo controla mis niveles de cortisol.Es la primera vez que tomo su producto pero he notado mas energia,control en mi apetito,menos ansiedad y como consecuencia menos estress y mejor sueño.Recomiendo su producto!!!!

This didnt help me at all. As a matter of fact, it made me feel worse. My sleep pattern was totally screwed up and my attitudes fluctuated something awful. I had to go see my doc and actually needed others meds to fix what this started.
