Very expensive

Use this as a pre exercise rub as I am now playing 5 a side football at an older age. Seems to be doing what I need it to in preventing muscle strains. Smells like the old school liniment which I love!

Been using daily for a month as I have muscle issues and nodules in my musclesYet it dosent seem to do anything to help ease ??I am still hoping it may workAm giving it til it runs out then will try something else ?

Bought this for my son for the colder weather and to give him a bit of rub on the old muscles after a few weeks lay off with injury. I remembered my dad with the old style winter green on my legs as a kid. This stuff is nothing like that. Deep heat it isn’t either, and it’s not meant to be.If you’re looking for that old school smell and heat, this isn’t the product for you. It smells the same but the heat is a lot milder. Guess it just depends on what you’re after.

gives a warming to muscles before exercise

It arrived 30 minutes before I went to Ref a Rugby Match, comming back from solus injury and with the cold weather, used it when getting ready and, goes on easily just don't put to much as it spreads well, kept my legs warm and very happy with it. Might have to get another bottle.
