Good quality.
Great bag for the price. I packed this bag to the rim and the zippers help up. Great for flying. The shoe area fit my sneakers and three pair of flip flops.

I gave it a 4 star because I have not used it yet, once this happens I will know what to expect with usage, otherwise nice bag with plenty of storage space and super lightweight.

Space and quality
Perfect for gym and travel. I needed something that would allow me to bring an extra pair of shoes without taking up space in my carry on.

Inept, Foreign Customer Service
I like the material, as it is soft and very lightweight. It’s a little small, but dimensions listed in the product description were correct, and I wanted a smaller bag. Yes, if you use the shoe compartment, you lose about 60% of the interior packing space, but what and how you pack is up to you. I will be returning this item, though, for 3 reasons. 1. The zippers are really cheap, not smooth, and definitely won’t last. 2. One of the PVC pockets wasn’t sewn correctly into the back of the bag and it meant I had two PVC compartments instead of three. 3. I contacted customer service about the incorrectly sewn PVC pockets and they requested pictures and information from the interior tag. They asked me to do this and ensured me they would remedy the situation if I could show what was wrong. After doing this, they told me to exchange the item through “the back door,” which meant through Amazon. Why did they waste my time for no reason? I will be returning, instead of exchanging, because I have no faith in this company now.

A+ on this backpack
Love this backpack! Very stylish and lots of compartments to store things, material is great as I assume it would wash up well. Light weight and fits under seat on plane, any bigger though and it may not fit. Would definitely recommend for personal item while traveling or just as a weekend backpack.
