I have been consuming collagen for a long time. I have lost a lot kilograms and my skin needs extra support.I prefer the sea collagen, because of the extra mineral content.This product is effective.I'm happy with it.It has no unpleasant smell or taste.Medium-sized capsules are easy to swallow.I would like to note one thing.It feels quite strange to me to take these capsules in my mouth because each one has the brand printed in big letters.Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

There is no doubt that this is high quality product with no added fillers or other added ingredients and the company clearly stands by its product with evidence of its clinical trial where 116 women were recruited to take the product for a 12 week trial. On the face of it the results appear to be quite impressive but when you drill down into specific sections and numbers it seems a lot will depend on your age:Facial Appearance: Average unspecified, only 'significant improvement' stated, greatest gains for 41-50 year olds.Skin Elasticity: 33.9% average improvement, greatest gains for 51-60 year olds..Fine lines & wrinkles: 26.5% average reduction, greatest gains for 31-40 year olds.Skin Hydration: 29.8% average improvement, greatest gains for 31-40 year olds.Overall 98% of participants saw a significant improvement in at least ONE area. So maybe not as impressive as the overall figures will have you believe.In use, the 3 tablets per day are easy to swallow and should be taken without food. I have taken the 2 week supply of these, but unsurprisingly have seen little difference in this time, and you'd need likely need to commit to at least 12 weeks to notice any possible difference. This brings me to wondering why they are only available in small packs with a very high price tag. At a commitment of £60 per month for me it is too expensive when you consider other similar supplements with clinical trial claims can be had for much less money.
