I don't leave too many reviews. No time. Felt like I had to with Cozyla. Have been trying to set up for over a day. Get stuck on not being able to complete a 'firmware update'. No big deal except the Cozyla Customer Support experience is non-existent. There is no one to reach out to. Emails sent result in an auto-reply that 'someone' will respond in 1-3 business days. Cozyla seems to believe they can sell a product in the United States and it is okay to provide abysmal customer support. I hope the marketplace informs otherwise. Do not buy this product unless you believe you will never have an issue with it. An unlikely reality, though. Wish I could have shared a completely different experience.
