The media could not be loaded. I ordered this on 17th November and it is a very very good product but now I have my money in it and I am typing 0000 but still it is not opening

Loved it
Bought this money bank for my granddaughter and she is absolutely loving it. It will help her learning save the money and has secret code and fingerprint sensor for its lock function. It is very attractive and has different songs for entertainment of kid, nice for gifting too.
