It's comfy and design seems to fit perfectly on the lower contours. The lower back support was not apparent straight away but I could feel the lower back pain definitely got relieved after a few days. I have got both Coccyx and lumbar support back pillow and I can see positive effects already. Been using both for over 2 months now. Highly recommend.
