I bought this and then read the reviews so bought another different model. I go in and out of ketosis and have been doing this for years .Firstly breath monitoring of acetone (the ketone measured) is a very accurate marker of fat loss and a lot easier than blood monitoringSecondly the readings on the machine match both where I think I am in ketosis and alternative machine and do this consistentlyThis I believe the machine to be accurate and highly useful if you are following a ketosis diet (or using it to monitor weight loss as breath ketones correspond to fat burning )

One day it works fine, the next it doesn't take a reading at all. Iv had really high readings instantly followed by low ones. It makes no sense. The instructions are written in poor English that makes no sense either. I wouldn't recommend.

Works well, easy to use. Unsure of accuracy but seems to match up well with my weight loss and diet control.

And is working fantastic

Device wouldn't turn on, I tried multiple batterys but no sighns of the device turning on. The main frustration is now I have to wait for a refund in order to get a replacement in hopes that device is not faulty
