I would debility trust my body weight with these clips. The issue is the design which takes a while to setup if you are brining to a gym to use. Wish there was a quick way to attach and unattach. If you are using at home, then you can set it up and forget about it but if you are also moving around to many angles during your workout then its an annoyance to have to unscrew and rescrew again. The item as well is very highly prices for what it is.
