I love this thing!! I do full body workouts on it 4-5 days a week and I genuinely feel like it’s made a huge difference in my balance specifically. Also, I work as a bartender and I’m on my feet for 8-12 hours a day. I come home and my legs and feet feel swollen and my joints hurt and all I have to do is stand on this for 15 minutes passively and I genuinely feel relief. Great for my joints and adds something extra to my workouts. Highly recommend!

I bought this to help with lymph drainage and it works really well for that. It’s pretty heavy duty and works well. The remote is convenient. My husband had kidney stone pain and I had him stand on this and miraculously the vibration moved the stone. He was amazed and happy that I thought of that. It saved a trip to the ER.

It’s a great product and does exactly what it’s supposed to. It came in very nice shipping package but I used it and it hurt my knees because I need a knee replacement so I had to send it back. I really liked the product I was sad that I had to return it But the return went smooth and it was wonderful customer service

This is great....I love it .....it gives u so many speeds u can use and it's awsome....I definitely recommend and I would buy again. My legs don't seem to hurt as much and I just got it so I've only used it twice so far. If u r looking for a good one this is it.

I have been seeing these all over my social media as an exercise machine. But I have also seen them being used for those with autoimmune issues for lymphatic drainage. When I first got this, I thought no way can this actually be any good for actual exercise and or weight loss but once I got on it I realized how many muscles you actually have to use to balance and stay on this. It also shakes muscles. You didn’t even know you had. I chose this machine because the platform was big enough for both my feet. Plus has different textures to massage the bottom of my feet. It was easy to set up an easy to use.

This little machine is definitely a big help. I previously had another one from a different brand, and it wasn't as efficient as this one. There are big differences: This one turns off automatically after 15 minutes of use. The other one took 10 minutes. It vibrates in a way that really moves you and your body starts to itch, and it definitely makes you go to the bathroom. It feels like the circulation in your legs. I love the remote control, it's so practical since it has direct buttons depending on the speed you need. In short, this board is excellent.
