Works good. We attached under our gate to keep our dogs in and other animals out.

We can a terrible problem with birds roosting on porch they were pooping everywhere. Product was easy to assemble and seem to be keeping the birds away.

Easy to assemble once you get going on the pins. Stainless steel is a plus too! Pricing was best we found

Hard to make these stick to any surface with even the strongest tape. I had to to tie them down. Also, didn't need so many. Couldn't find a product with just a few in a package - just needed a few to poke the birds in the arce and deter them from nesting at specific areas around the house. Now, we're stuck with a box full.

You will need to use pliers to snap most of the spikes into place. The spikes that run parallel to the strip are ok to push in with just your fingers, but the perpendicular holes are “off” in that you need pliers to snap the spikes into place. As you could see in the picture, the perpendicular spikes don’t push all the way in… need pliers to snap them down and in. This makes a tedious task even more difficult. If the spikes aren’t snapped into place, they move around too much. I have some of these bird spikes from another company and did not have this problem.

Self-assemble. It's an IKEA version of bird spikes. Very time consuming to thread through all of the spikes and click to them to the base. However, once assembled, the spikes are very effective and cost effective compared to other on the market. It definitely deters the pigeons from gathering on our rain spouts.

We have a large space under out deck that birds were constantly making nests. My husband decided he was sick of taking them down and wanted to try this product to see if he could win the battle with the birds.They take forever to put together, we needed to use all of them. If you have a smaller space it won't be as time consuming. Once he had them put together he installed them side by side along the space under the deck. For the first few weeks it worked! No birds. Then about 3 weeks into it he saw there was a nest in between the spikes. It was tiny birds that could fit in between and make their nest. So, it definitely keeps out the regular to larger birds but the tiny guys can still get in there an make nests. Overall it has helped a lot, taking down one nest so far is better than taking down a couple every day.
