Good pain relief
I’ve been looking for ways to relieve my back pain for a while, and this seemed great as it had both heat and massage vibration, whilst also being cordless. It has three modes of vibration and three levels of heat, which I have found quite pleasant. It charges fairly quickly. If you use both vibration and heat on at once, I’ve found it lasts about an hour, but I’ve found if I use vibration only it does last longer.I like that there is a lock function on the screen as it would have been easy to accidentally alter the settings or turn it off without it!It also comes with a separate extender section to lengthen the belt, which can come in useful.I was dubious I would see much of an effect, but I am pleased with the pain relief results I have got from using the belt, it’s not a cure, but it certainly has eased my more painful flares.

Warms up quickly, massage element isn't great.
I'd recently trapped a nerve in my shoulder and it was really affecting me both in terms of disturbed sleep and annoying pain during the day, so I was keen to see of this heat pad massager could help. The product comprises a main belt with the control unit, heat pads and vibration, there's also an included belt extender if you need it.The belt itself is well.padded, with a neoprene like quality so it's very comfortable to wear. The operation is simple, turn on, press the heat button to go through each preset heat option, and/or the vibration button to go through the 3 settings. In terms of pain relief, the results wee mixed. The heat definitely helped to reduce the pain, although on top setting, it was a little uncomfortable at times. I wasn't sure what the point of the red lights are, mine had a bit of an intermittent flicker, but the performance didn't seem to be affected. The vibration was little less effective, I found that leaning on a chair to put pressure on the pad helped, but it still wasn't great for me, it was jist too light, not really getting any depth to really hit the right spot, but that could be the nature of my injury?I was pleasantly surprised with the battery aspect of the belt. Even using the max settings on both vibration and heat, the battery lasted well, but the rechargeable nature means that you can keep it topped up via the included USB-C cable.I found it a bit annoying that the settings changed while inwqs wearing the belt as my movements caught the touch buttons. However, I accidentally found the "lock" button that eradicated this problem and made things a lot easier.Overall, for me, it definitely helped with pain control, but it wasn't a miracle cure, more of a temporary relief. I'd say that priced at £45 the pad is a little on the high side, BUT, if you're suffering with pain, it's worth trying.

Heats Up Pretty Well
I had the opportunity to use this while suffering from a painful lower back and abdominal cramps, and I’m quite pleased. It feels like a very solid, useful item! The belt itself and the Velcro are very strong and stay put, though it remains to be seen how long the Velcro will hold up over time as you keep fiddling with it. I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit, as I needed to use it over my hip area rather than my waist, but the included extender made this a non-issue. It has three levels of heat and actually gets pretty hot on the hottest setting, so it was still useful when worn over a T-shirt (or clothing in general) as recommended. I like the battery control part, as it has a very clear display and charges within a couple of hours via USB. The battery lasted around an hour on the hottest setting with no vibration (which isn't that long, but you probably don't want to be using it for longer anyway).I’m taking off a star for two reasons. The first is that the vibration/massage function felt pretty useless to me. It didn’t reach my muscles properly, wasn’t constant, and it vibrated in this odd alternating pulse on either side. The second is that when actually wearing the belt, I found it difficult to see the battery control panel and make any adjustments, so I feel like its placement could have been better.Otherwise this is a very decent item, and useful for those painful times of the month. I’ll find a massage elsewhere, though!

Works brilliantly
The media could not be loaded. I was given the chance to order this just as my lower back was hurting because of over-exercising on my rowing machine. And it has really helped. In the box, there is the pad itself plus instructions, a short USB-C charging cable and a waistband extender, which I haven’t used.It was over half-charged straight out of the box so I read the instructions and put it to use straight away. It’s really up easy to use - there are three heat settings (45-55-65 degrees C) and three massage settings. They can be used separately or both at the same time. The heat setting isn’t too hot on the hottest so I am currently wearing it on that. The three massage settings are meant to be gentle to hardest but I find that, whilst noticeable, there isn’t very much difference in the three settings. But what is different is the way in which the two separate left and right massagers work and pulse. I have found that for my current back pain, for example, setting 2 seems to be delivering the pressure that I need in the way the left and right alternate. The electronic unit to operate the pad is very intuitive. One button for heat, one for massage and the display shows the current heat at all times, but when the massage button is pressed it shows the level selected before going back to the temperature. There is an easy way of locking the unit so that the buttons can’t be pressed by mistake and a short press of the on/off switch displays the battery. After using it for an hour I can say that it has felt great on my back. Definitely recommended.

Not worth it due to poor battery life
Battery life is rubbish therefore doesnt last long only around 30mins so not ideal.
