The instruction booklet could be a little more clear, so I watched the youtube videos to learn how to safely and properly use it. I use it on my face and neck. No irritation in my experience with it. Beautiful high end packaging...so if you're thinking off getting this for someone as a gift....it will present really nicely...it's obvious this is not cheap. It is great that you don't have to go to a spa for this anymore. Use it twice and it is about the price you'd pay for one treatment.

Obviously this is very expensive, BUT I do get professional laser treatments at a facility and so in the end the cost of this one time, for basically endless treatments at home is still considerably a good deal. Of course, there are limitations with performing this treatment at home, but it is great to have access to the technology. It is very clear on this being made specifically for the face and to target skin care but I do raise the question of why this cannot be used in other areas (aside from the inside of the arm for test shots and why it cannot also target hair removal) - I would love to believe that it easily could be a function of both but only time will tell. There is a contradiction in the instructions when it goes over where this cannot be used versus what each level is used for… it says to refrain from acne stricken areas but then says level three is to treat acne. Read the pamphlet a few times to make your best judgement. My review currently is solely based on the quality of the product itself and function. The unit is very pretty and greatly and conveniently packaged in a beautiful storage box. Not too heavy and is comfortable to hold in hand for use. Simple and easy to operate - read the manual. I did my test shots up my inner arm and withstood the first two levels. I did burn on the last level but I did not realize until moments later. It did sting for a bit afterwards but was very bearable and the marks went away after a day or two. It was not a full on burn that scabbed over or anything but very very red - see my picture with clear red marks like a pause symbol on my arm. I will next test this out on my face to see how and what it actually does. It will be a judgement call for anyone who wishes to use this technology at home. I will try to update once I have a true review on results. Coldness does work properly BTW and is helpful. As I mentioned, I get professional treatments and when I started a couple years ago they did not have the cooling technology yet and were using a cryo type of spray or something and have now moved to using cooling fans. I know the difference in the heat level and you can tell the coolness is here and helps. My video isn’t uploading for some reason to show you the zaps, but it operates as described.

JOVS makes good at home therapy/spa machines. For my understanding this is the upgraded pro model. This was packaged very well, and everything looked sleek. There is a pair of goggles included, to protect your eyes from the lights. It is fairly easy to understand and use the machine, the different settings might take some use to for folks who’s never had this done before, but you can slowly build up tolerance and get to the higher settings. This is an incredible machine and I really need to remember to use this on a more routined schedule!

I had high hopes for this beauty device. I used it regularly, but this LED light therapy device did’t seem to make that much difference in my skin. I definitely don’t look any younger. My skin seems the same as it always was—no brightening, to tightening. The instructions can be intimidating/confusing but once you get the hang of it, it’s not that hard. The packaging is pretty sub-par for an item in this price range (the inside fell out of the box!). The safety glasses don’t even fit in the box so they are floating around getting scratched. I just wish it worked for me. Maybe I have problem skin. While it didn’t work for me, it may work for you. I’m just wary of products that over promise and under deliver for five plus benjies.

I definitely read the instructions they can be a little overwhelming I'm very new to the light features for skin so I was super excited when reading about this this is an LED light generate Heat to enhance your skin. It does have a Cooling effect as well to protect against Heat damage. It's supposed to brighten your skin tone by one shade and stimulates the collagen now I have had microneedling done so the fact that I could use this instead of doing that made me even more excited. I have been using it for a month and I have seen somewhat of a difference and I will continue to keep using very excited about this product I will say it is extremely priced high that is a crazy price for this item but it's starting to work. So overall is that crazy? No.It does come with a video and the listing ad to help with any questions and to show you how to use it properly. They do as well let you know that you can ask them any questions which is great to hear.
