Purchased this to use with my circulation pump, it developed a leak, pin hole . ( unknown what from) it is of the same quality as all others sold, so it was not due to quality. Made contact with the seller whose customer service is above and beyond 5 stars quick prompt service and replaced the part. I would purchase again. Every seller on Amazon should have the same customer service. 👍

Valve failed
This work fine for several months, then the thermal valve stay open and hot water flows continuously into the cold side. I have used these valves before and never had this problem. I do not recommend buying this model

easy to hook up except the cold water leached back into the hot side and brought the hot temp down

Performed as advertised
This is the second one I have purchased for two different houses. I had to purchase an additional sensor due to the lay out of the houses. The units have continued to perform flawlessly and provide instant hot water.

No more leaks
The previous valve used to leak all the time, so annoying. This replacement doesn’t leak at all, and the water temperature stays stable.
