Worth the splurge
For the money, I am greatly impressed. First impression out of the box is impressive. Packed well. Great instruction card - and it's a big card. Easy to follow. No need to really 'hold your mouth right' putting this together. It comes with everything you need and spare hardware - a big plus in my book. Once together - which took all of 15 minutes, I sat in it. And wow. This is my first 'office' chair purchase. I had been using chairs I already had on hand. So, this is a big game changer for me. I really like the color (dark grey) and the overall look of this chair. Two controls, one for height and the other for lean-back. You can lay back and sleep in this thing if you want. I am 5' 9" and weigh 185 lbs. It fits me very well. Rolls easily, supportive, and very sturdy. I may change the casters in the near future because I am extra like that, there really is no need to do so, as the casters are just fine for anyone not extra like me (humor) As for durability, that is up to the end-user. I take care of my stuff, so this should last a very long time. The height adjustment is smooth and has a great range. The back feels very comfortable and supportive. Overall 5/5 stars and I'll likely be getting a second one for my office desk in the RV.Yes it is a bit pricer than many offers, but I feel it very well worth the extra splurge.

Great comfort and very well built! Easiest Assembly Ever!
I literally just got this chair assembled, but I had to post a review right away. Now, we're not going to talk about the condition of the box when it arrived because that has nothing to do with the Respawn brand or this chair, but come on Amazon... This box looked like Ace Ventura got ahold of it and kicked it, threw it, and ran over it a couple of times. I am very thankful the chair or its bits and pieces were not damaged (amazingly) and all there.Anyway, this chair is, bar none, one of the easiest chairs I have ever assembled and very well built. The base plate is heavy gauge metal, and the screws are Allen screws, but with deeply recessed heads, so you definitely don't have to worry about stripping them out. I also like how they give you one extra of every piece, just in case! The cloth color and material are excellent, and the comfort is great. As you see by the pics, I was sitting on a piece of plywood, basically lol. I am not sure how I sat in that creaky POS for as long as I did. If you are on a budget but need a multi-use gaming/office chair with excellent reclining (you can lock it at any reclined position) and height adjustments, this chair is a great choice!

Good basic Gaming Chair
I bought this as my first gaming chair mainly due to price. I wasn't ready to spend $300+ on a chair. The assembly was easy and I didn't have any problems. The finished product is basic at best and the quality of materials are mediocre. The stitching is fair and nothing is torn, frayed, or ripped. But there is some mediocre craftsmanship, The head of the chair shows uneven proportions but not at all to affect comfort or usability (it just look sloppy). The seat is comfortable though and I've sat in it now for hours long sessions without problems. The lumbar pillow has its uses but I find that the pillow can be uncomfortable depending if your reclined or not. I remove the head pillow when sitting up but use it laying back. I am surprised to find how stable it is when completely reclined and was completely ready to fall back (which I didn't). The footrest is the second reason why I got this chair. It is sturdy enough and works easily, but maybe some extra WD40 wouldn't hurt. Even though it doesn't seem like it'd be comfortable since it only extends a short distance, when reclined it provided enough support. Sitting up isn't as comfortable but is more for when I sit with my legs crossed does the foot rest come in handy. Overall, this is a good entry level gaming chair for the gamer on a budget.

Solid value
Assembly was standard for a chair, so I would consider it quite easy. The quality is absolutely adequate, and may even exceed expectations depending on how picky you are. I have used my fair share of chairs in my day, and would probably expect to pay over $200 for something like this if I were to walk into an office supply store like staples. The neck pillow is a welcomed touch, and the lumbar support does it's job. It stays in place fairly well, but may slide on you if you move around a lot. I cant really complain about that since it is in fact adjustable. I would rather it slide once in a while than be fixed in (the wrong) place. The footrest is honestly the only thing that seems like a gimmick. It feels a bit flimsly and tends to catch, but I added some silicone to the rails and that solved the awkward catching issue. Still, not something that I am in love with. Nonetheless, I would happily pay the same $150ish for this chair with or without the footrest.Other notes:-the PU/Leather (whatever it is) seems suprisingly thick and durable compared to some other chairs that I have had. It should hold up well. It isnt the softest material in the world, but I am certainly happy with it.-The arms arent adustable, but they will move with the back of the chair when tilted.- It is an adequate size. As long as you arent enormous, you should fit. I am over 6'2 220lbs and I fit just fine. Somebody of my height would probably fit up to about 315 lbs. The piston on the chair would give you trouble at that point anyway.

Best Gaming Chair on the market!
My son is a competitive gamer, and his 1 complaint is that all the chairs we have bought him are extremely uncomfortable during long sessions. I did a ton of research and ended up purchasing this chair. The build quality is the best I’ve seen, the fabric, ease of assembly and value for the money are second to none. The ability to tilt, and be comfortable at every angle is a huge plus. 6 months later and my son still hasn’t complained once about this chair.
