My son's previous mic stopped working, so I ordered these for him to try out. He has it plugged directly into his tower PC mic port for interactive gaming with friends. We weren't sure if they would work, as the listing notes they are for wireless mic transmitters. He reports they work great this way and says he has noticed that they are very directional, in that if the mic isn't pointed at him, it will barely pick up his voice. This is likely a great trait for a lavalier mic, as you don't want it picking up other sounds other than the speaker. He says it works best if clipped to his shirt, which is the intended application. The 5 foot cord is great for him as well with it plugged into his tower. The price at $15 is very reasonable for the set of 2 and comparable to other similar items. Very happy with this order.

I got this product for free, the following is my honest and unbiased review.Sometimes the microphone that is bundled with some aftermarket generic Android car stereos is lacking, or worse, not included at all. This 2-pack of clip-on microphones solves that problem. Each mic comes with a 58" long cord (measured from the base of the mic to the crook of the elbow plug). The mic has a metal spring clamp (similar to an alligator clamp) and there is a useful 90 degree 3.5mm connector. A foam windscreen and a Velcro wire tie for each mic is included. The sound quality is flat but clear. Perhaps a bit pricier than others, but all in all, a good buy.

These lavalier mics are perfect for recording videos on your mobile phone. Don’t expect studio-quality sound, but the build quality is solid, and they deliver clear audio for the price. The two-pack is a great bonus, always handy to have a backup. They’re easy to use and compact, making them a solid choice for vlogs, interviews, and casual streaming. Definitely worth it!

Not that happy ...One worked for about a day and then stopped working. Glad I had a second one, however it to when plugged in sometimes worked, and sometimes didn't. The sound recorded was good though.

The microphone itself generates a significant rattling sound. I am testing various microphones including the computer's builtin microphone for online course recording. And this is only one that keeps generating a rattling sound. Also my voice sounds muffled even though my mouth is close to the microphone. The sound quality of this item is worse than my computer's builtin microphone. I am using OBS studio to filter out background noise and added noise gates. After the post processing there is only my voice and the rattling sound left over. Seems the AI trained noise reduction cannot handle this rattling sound at all. So if you are looking for a mic to recording a course like me, don't try this microphone.

And that's pretty much what you need for interviews where the mic is attached to the person. They capture clear audio, and if you attach them correctly it'll effectively minimize background noise.The cord is both soft and durable, making it easy to conceal under clothing. The clips are rotatable and will work just fine.These mics are lightweight and discreet, allowing me to maintain a professional appearance without drawing attention to the equipment. I hate when mics have a big logo on them.Pros:• Clear and precise audio capture.• Durable construction with a flexible, concealable cord.• Lightweight.Cons:• The included windscreen foam can detach easily. But that happens with a lot of lav mics.• I sorta wish it had the screw-in attachment on the plug-in for the mic transmitters that I have that have that. You can buy them with that. But these work fine.This microphone set is ideal for all you content creators, interviewers, and vloggers when you need high-quality audio. Just make it a part of your kit.
