It was easy to assembly, much smaller than I thought and very firm. Not comfortable to lay down on.

I was skeptical with the idea of buying a couch from Amazon, but my gf convinced me to try it. This is the best couch I have ever owned. Very soft to touch (my gf has sensitive to texture) and very comfortable to 175lb male and 140lb female. We love how it feels and how it looks. It clears the roomba easily so that’s a huge plus! Assembly was EASY and pulling out the bed is super high quality it requires no force. Lifting up the storage space is super easy as well. It keeps up position if you just pull up and it soft closes!

The set up was easy except the shelves arms. They were a pain. The backing is super cheap with large gaps and the hardware started breaking apart 4 months after we put it together and past the return date. Spend your money on something else

Wow. This is confusing and it comes with no directions. It’s very tiny too. Go with an already assembled Ashley Couch for $100 more. If we can’t get the arms on we will have to return it.

I have lots of regret with this couch. I knew for the price point it wasn't going to be top of the line. I didn't know it was going to be like sitting or laying on a hard board. Its so hard to connect the brackets. The reason is it's 9hard to align the brackets to hook the pieces together. It's good for tiny spaces. I would say it's a good 2 seater. Very small. I wish I would have gotten a futon from Walmart or Target instead it would have been more comfortable and bigger. it's too big to return I don't know what to do. I'm probably just going to put a comforter over it so I can tolerate sitting or laying on it such a waste. on a positive note at least it gets delivered to your doorstep. It looks okay. I am dead serious about it feeling very hard when you lay on it it's like one step above laying on the floor.

It looked good on screen. It's really small so make sure you read specs , it's really really hard, poorly made. The 3 pieces for backing slid into medal bracket 2 of the ones on mine were bent had to rig it. Parts of the couch don't li e up with the rest so it looks odd. The side arm reat/shelfs DO NOT put any pressure on them or they will snap off .. I did read a review on usb ports so I was prepared I plugged mine in and it started to smoke. The only positive is the material its soft and if metal brackets weren't bent then it would have been easy to built , also when I got.mine the ottawmen part was broke on the side and the bracket to open it. I don't leave many reviews because I have no issues but this item for price is not worth it.

Perfect couch for us to replace the boring original camper couch. It has storage but also pulls for sleeing. Love the side cabinet, it makes it stand out from other couches, and allowing it to have more of an aesthetic appeal.Hey
