This product is exactly what I was hoping for. I needed something that would cover me in emergency situations (have enough battery life to run everything I need for a while AND pull power from the sun), run equipment far from an outlet, and offer power at primitive camp sites. The only con I can see, that is mentioned in some other reviews, is that the fan comes on automatically based on wattage throughput, not based on unit temperature. So, it kicks on immediately and will stay on the entire time if you pull more than a certain amount of wattage. This could be problematic if you need to power something energy intensive quietly for a short time (not sure what use case that is, but I figured it worth mentioning). The continuous peak wattage, capacity, and all the different ports make this a great deal at this price point IMO. The Oupes store delivered quickly, and even followed up with mailings with additional offerings. So far, a very positive experience.

I have ordered the Oupes Mega 1 because me and my family are planning on starting a Homestead. I was lucky I ordered it when it was delivered we had a Severe thunderstorms and tornadoes, we had lost power and It kept our refrigerator running until we got power back.

I have several Ecoflow river series being used for UPS/Time Shift applications. I wanted something with higher load capacity that was portable. This unit with 2000w and higher charge rates for both AC and mainly solar was a good fit. The first unit had a cell balance issue, but it was quickly replaced with a new unit that is working great. The customer support is excellent.

App connectivity is terrible only able to get fast charge enabled with the app very intermittent on the appAfter a camping trip unit does not power on trying to return this item has been rejected multiple times because of it containing a lithium ion battery
