I was so confused on what size to get but I’m 5’8 with long legs and I got the 65cm and it’s literally perfect because you want your upper legs to be parallel with the ground when you sit on it. I used the manual pump that came with it and it worked fine. I pumped it up by myself in less than 5 minutes and I’m 7 months pregnant, so if I can do it, so can you. It was wrinkled out of the package but not long after pumping it up they started to fade. The instructions say to let it sit out for 2 hours before inflating, i did not do that lol. So Im going to try and pump it again in a couple hours and it will probably stretch more. It’s such a cute color, great quality for the price, perfect size, doesn’t slip on hardwood floors, comes with an extra air plug which is nice. I would definitely recommend this one because I looked at walmart and tiktok shop and all the options on Amazon. This one is by far the best quality for a reasonable price.

The ball is everything they claim it is, it’s sturdy and grippy, just the right size, and the black isn’t like a jet black, it’s more of like a metallic black, which I really like. That pump though, it looks like a toy and using it takes patients and is definitely a labor of love. I don’t know how long it took me, but it feels like longer than the three minutes it says to fill it up, it’s a work out lol, I have a larger ball coming tomorrow. Might just break a sweat filling it haha.

I absolutely love it! Its exactly the right size, sturdy, durable and good quality. I hope it lasts. So far there is no air leakage and very comfortable to sit on and use for exercise. One note, you might want to use an electric air pump. It would take an hour of really fast less time to do the manual pump for an XL. Enjoy!

I like this ball. Bought for labor prep exercise and as a labor management tool. The only thing I don't love is that I have to add a little air every few days, but I use this thing a LOT so maybe that makes sense. The pump is a pain in the butt to use, so I would suggest getting a separate pump. The smell was wonky the first day or 2 but it went away pretty quick. Overall, would buy again.
