This is the best pepper grinder ever. Easy to use, does not require much effort and looks very stylish indeed, highly recommend

After only having seen and used pepper and salt grinders that work by a twisting action before, this design caught my eye. Having used my new rachet grinders for a while now, I am very pleased indeed with my purchase. They are well made, easy to fill by opening the little hatch on the front, easy to adjust the fineness or coarseness required, and easy and quick to operate. I would highly recommend them, and have bought two.

As someone developing arthritis in my thumb, I'm finding gripping and twisting to grate salt/pepper in traditional mills increasingly uncomfortable. This grinder came recommended from other reviewers, and although I have only been using it for a few days the initial impression is very good. It feels sturdy, easy to fill, and smooth grating action. Overall right now I'd thoroughly recommend it.

Fabulous product, so easy to use kind on the hands and wrists if you have issues.

The grinder works reasonably well though occasionally it does seem to jam and you have to really force it to clear it and then it works fine, this is with Himalayan salt in it.

I like the ratchet action - satisfying grinding noise and it delivers a good amount of pepper. Very happy with it. Looks funky too.

I've found the normal salt/pepper mills difficult to operate since I've suffered from arthritis on my hands. These are excellent. Very easy to operate and I haven't been able to find another product using this ratchet system. Looks a solid well-msde product. Highly recommend.

Fed up with older grinders that seemed to require a lot of effort for very little pepper, we decided to try this grinder out.It's so easy to use. Simply pop out the little hatch to fill the grinder, close it up, and crank the handle over and back to deliver lots pepper, more than we'd have expected!Would highly recommend the grinder to anyone, particularly anyone that has issues with the gripping/twisting required of a traditional grinder, as this one makes it so easy.

Nice grinder. Ratchet mechanism is really better than typical turning one and is easy on your wrists.Coarsness diapason is not very large but Ok for pepper. I'm not sure, that grinder is ceramic or hard plastic, though.Plastic quality could be better for "swiss" brand: there is very visible parting line on handle. It is pure cosmetics, though.
