Our headphones are set up with an auto-off feature that turns them off after five minutes when no device is connected. If you only want to use noise cancellation, connect the headphones to your phone.

Q: Does the Airplane Adapter Accessory have Bluetooth?

The attached Airplane adapter does not have Bluetooth function. If you want to use Bluetooth on the aircraft, you need to purchase an additional Bluetooth transmitter.

Q: Why do the headphones you received not work in wired mode?
