Nice kitchen mixer tap - Chrome finish.Tap arrived part assembled - however hot and cold pipes were fitted incorrectly the wrong way round by manufacturer or seller as box was not sealed.The next obstacle was that the metal tube to hold the tap in place is too short if the white plastic spacer is used, as the Brass nut won’t fit onto the thread . So to fit as per the instructions is not possible. The thickness of the granite was about 2.5cm but the picture shows a worktop of about 2.5mm !! Maybe this is ok for China but not a plug and play for the UK. Time will tell if it’s a good buy or not as the one it replaced was less than 3 weeks old and started leaking and the seller is no longer on Amazon. Would possibly have given 5 stars but for the fitting issue.

It's nice looking tap but because of its shape, drips a bit when turning off the tap, whi h is a bit annoying 😑

The flexi's supplied with this tap are very thin. For my combi boiler to kick in, it needs the tap on quite fast. These pipes were too thin to allow enough water pressure.I initially thought there was a fault with the cartridge. I ordered a tap locally & had the guy back to fit it. The pipes with the new tap were thick ones, like the old ones on the old sink.Fitted it & hot water straight away. Compared pipes & there is a big difference.It could have been just the pipes, or a combination with the tap. But I did notice the lever didn't come out very far. Again not enough to get the right amount of pressure for the boiler to kick in. Even the cold water had reduced pressure.I've returned it.If your boiler requires the water to be on quite fast out of the taps, I'd say buy another tap. You could try thicker flexi's, but be mindful about how much water the lever will allow at once, in terms of speed & pressure.Buy cheap buy twice, definitely fits in this case. The new tap cost double & I spent 2 days with no hot water before I got the new tap.

Not quite the quality I thought it would be. Only time will tell..

Absolutely rubbish. It says lifetime warranty am sure if it will long. Hope the seller will be still here
