I have been taking this for awhile now, and I can tell on the days when I don't take it--which means that it is making a difference to help my health. Generally, I love Sea Buckthorn, in terms of what it can do to support my body. My skin is soft and supple when I take this and that goes away when I stop taking it. So, it has a great affect on my skin and that tells me that all the other organs that I can't see are probably in need of this stuff too. The combination of ingredients in this supplement are powerful. I make sure not to take it in the evenings because it can definitely keep me awake and active at night if I take it too late in the day. My body doesn't tolerate green tea very well, so that is a challenge with this one...but it does add energy to my days!

Necessary nutrient

Surprised to see that- no it didn't get rid of pain- definitely can tell when I don't take it. Movement is SO much better. Almost feels as if I've oiled my joints and I don't feel as swollen. Large pill but if I take it alone it slides down easy.

I’m only on month two of this stuff but I will keep buying it as long as the price point stays so reasonable. Looking at the ingredient list, I am fascinated by all the benefits of this relatively new product sea buckthorn oil. I also am very happy that there is cinnamon for blood sugar stability assistance, and green tea and curcumin for antioxidant and metabolism support. Fish oil omega 3 is in there too, yay! What a great combination. I was able to swap out my cinnamon, and fish oil supplements for this one product which does what those did and more. I got it for skin and hair and menopausal moisture support, which is what the sea buckthorn claims to do. But I also tend to have hypoglycemia and the cinnamon helps me keep my sugar more balanced. I am feeling pretty healthy taking this stuff. I think it helps what I am taking it to help.

I had bought a more expensive product for dry eyes and I noticed it had a lot of Omega-7 in it. So I bought the Sakpwer Omega-7 and it works just as good and even better at a cheaper price. I’m pleased with the product

I was told by a doctor that I needed to take a certain portion of the vitamin in large doses. When I was looking for the vitamin, I found these. They don’t have an aftertaste or smell, or stomach upset. They are large size for a vitamin to take . I will be buying these on a continued basis due to the quality of the product. Some of the benefits of the vitamin are better skin health, and I am seeing it.

This supplement is fantastic! It's great for your hair and skin. It makes your skin glow naturally. I just love it!!!
