I'd read lots of recipes which used 'chicken powder' to make the stock but I'd never tried it, instead sticking to regular stock cubes.To cut a long story short I gave it a try with a simple bacon and potatoes casserole style meal and I was impressed by the taste and much preferred it to the regular stock cube.I mixed at a ratio of around 3/4oz or 21g to about 3/4 of a litre of water. If you don't have scales it's about two medium heaped teaspoons of the powder.I had some left-over casserole warmed up for lunch and the flavour had matured over night and tasted even better than the main meal yesterday.I can certainly recommend it as it's very good quality and easy to mix and add as stock.Packaging was good and delivery was spot on so all in all a very good product from a very reliable suppliers...excellent.

Great for making homemade noodles

Very handy for adding to stews, soups etc. nice taste too. Is quite salty so mix it in a little boiling water before adding to soups etc, so you can do a taste test!

Less salty than cubes

Excellent, best chicken stock powder to date. 1 teaspoon is sufficient for a stirfry or wok portion. Great price.

This soup powder is stronger than i thought it would be. Good thing is, I dont have to use so much of it to make a brilliant mug of soup. Value for money and well worth getting.

It adds an extra more pronounced chicken taste, no herb after taste because it's just made from chicken.Perfect for Chinese style chicken dishes but I also now add to any chicken meal. It's a much larger amount than I anticipated, so really cost effective.
