I wear it at night in order to keep my thinning hair from being semi-permanently dented from my CPAP headgear. It works great. It fits snuggly, but does not feel uncomfortably tight.

I use these under my motorcycle helmet. Seem to be made really well and comfortable. I have had some that are just to shallow and don't fit well. These have a nice deep fit so you can wear it more over your whole head kind of like a slim fit beanie cap. I wear xl motorcycle helmet so u know. Really good fit and price!

Too deep

I love these

I wear a 7 3/8 hat size and mostly bald, and sweat profusely when exercising. These cooling hats fit nicely over my head, but shortly after wearing these they begin to creep on my head to compress to their original shape/size. I overcome this by wearing a bandana tied around my forehead, then placing the cooling hat over my head and bandana (tight fit) The bandana keeps the cooling hat from slipping back to its compressed size. So maybe in my youth with a headful of hair they would work as designed.

Husband wears these under his helmet, also under his hard hat at work. He has a large head and these are big enough to cover his ears. Many caps like this don't cover his ears. He uses these all seasons. They are lightweight but strong. I highly recommend.
