Phone all ok but bettri issue but price Camper good working

I always got mobile phones and laptops free from my employers as I am working as global head of marketing for MNCs in multiple countries. First time I wanted to buy a personal phone with my own money. If possible I want to buy Indian products. When I wanted a car I bought TATA only. Even my 2nd car is a TATA. So I searched for a real Indian phone and found LAVA.I am completely satisfied with my decision. Its a great phone with all latest gadgets and very convenient to use. Will recommend to anyone. Be Indian; buy Indian. Just social media posts do not help. Act on it.

3 TIMES OF COMPLAIN ON MY PHONE. 1ST BATTERY ISSUES . 2ND SHOWING MANY ADVERTISE ANY APP OPEN. 3RD CAMERA IS CLOSE NOW.SO NOT GOOD PRODUCT.I VERY TIRED AND VERY DISTURB PURCHASE ON THIS PRODUCT.

The media could not be loaded. Overall good lava smartphone for rs14999.Main Camera is good but macro camera useless, can take better macro shot with main on 2x zoom.Performance was smooth no lags.Played bgmi and cod, gaming was smooth.Stock android phone no bloatwares, clean.Battery lasts a day with normal use , battery good.Charging speed is good.Display is good, curved display thin bezels, good colors.Network and connectivities are good.Single Speaker is loud and good for price.In hand feel is very good.Looks heavy but light weight.Highlights:Curved Amoled 120hz display.in-display fingerprint scanner(AOD).Good looking phone, good design,kind of premium look.Youtube background stream.Type c to headphone jack available in box.Issues faced with phone:-Didn't get constant 120hz display even though there is option for 120hz which works like Auto option. 120hz refresh rate only whenever touching the screen.- UHD option in Camera crashes the camera app sometimesCustomer care service:Poor Customer care serviceTried free@home service , in which if you whatsapp them today they will call you tomorrow.Explained Issues faced with 1st technician, he saidDidn't have the lava blaze X phone to check , asked me to send video of issue so i sent. Next day 2nd technician called explained to him also sent him issue video and he said that it is a software bug and it will be fixed soon in the next update .They didn't come home to check the device.Except all this tis a nice phone.First time buying lava phone.Improve software lava.
