This stuff is amazing I’ve got all round my sofa and chair kitten doesn’t go near it , only thing is you don’t get a lot of it , and it’s quite expensive wen you need more than one box

It appears to be working well since it appears to be stopping my cat from scratching the corners of our new sofa.

Works great, keeping my sofa, tables & chairs nice & scratch free so far so can't complain

Did not stick to couch.. would have sent back but was decorating by the time I went to use it .. was too late to send back

Excellent cats don't use my sofa any more. Instead use the cat scratching post

I've previously had great success with this type of film. I chose this particular item because it's not as wide as other brands I've used. I needed a narrower tape for the stair carpet. Our cat, who pads around on any carpeted area, began to pull out the twisted fibres from the carpet. To avoid a threadbare and balding carpet, we decided to try this sticky tape. We applied it to the stair risers, and it effectively prevents the cat from clawing at the carpet. We keep it in place for as long as possible, approximately two weeks, before removing it and applying a new strip. The cat avoids any area where we've placed this tape, making it a success. I would recommend it to anyone with a cat that enjoys pulling at their carpet.

Has the potential to work, however unless you use the pins to pierce the fabric which keeps the tape in place it won’t stay put. It is not sticky at all - not even after 15 mins after applying to the bed frame it fell down.
