The media could not be loaded. As my first EV charger, i am very satisfied with it. At present my car is not doing too much mileage per day so this charger is serving well. It is giving my car approximately 8 miles of charge every hour. I did a one off journey of 200 miles last week, plugged in on return and i had another 100 miles of charge the next morning. I’ve had it for a month and never had the need to go and charge up at one of Fast but very Expensive public chargers. Built quality, installation, running and performance is very good.Highly Recommended. 👍

Easy to fix to wall, the socket to hold the plug is great, good long cable, looks well made and works well so far

The media could not be loaded. I went for this charger primarily because it focussed on functionality above fancy bells and whistles. Although it is portable and has a commando plug, I am actually using as the fixed charger at my house: where I have installed a socket. My previous charger was massively more expensive and had internet connection, an app and loads of other features I didn't use. And if it lost connection to the internet I would wake in the morning to my find my car hadn't charged. So i just wanted something straightforward and this charger is excellent. I'm am charging at 32amp and after a month of use had zero problems. It has a timer too if needed to ensure charging at off peak rates. I'd recommend this charger over much more expensive other options. Cable length is fine as you can see on the vid. I've been charging at 32A and not noticed any cable or charger heat. Thanks

Worked fine at first, then this morning my car was not charged. Found the fuse bay completely melted, nearly started a fire. So not that safe, the fuse did go eventually but not before a lot of heat was generated. I have tried to get a refund but so far the option does not seem to be there!

Having read the other reviews I was hopeful that it the charger would be what I needed. I wasn't disappointed, everything about the product suggested care in design and manufacture. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and it does everything that it claims. My old " granny" cable only ran at 10 Amps and got hot doing it. My garage wiring is rated upto 20 Amps so with this charger I now charge at 16 Amps routinely which saves time and is done without getting hot or other drama. I'm confident it would happily run at 7Kwh if I ever get round to putting in the required cabling.My only regret is that it does not feature a charge timer wohich would be useful to me occasionally.

This product works straight out of the well presented packaging. Easy to use and so far working fine. Useful case and even a microfibre cloth to keep it clean

Negatives:Out of 3 granny EV chargers I have bought, this is charging the slowest. The outside temperature was ranging from 12-14c when I used it. It was charging the car at only 1.6kw which is way slower than the advertised 13A/3.3kw. This is the only reason for my return.Other bad points, there is no adjustment menu/screen on this charger. So the current at which it charges is fixed. I would prefer if it gave the control to change this.Positives:The charger is very well built. This is the only charger that came with wall bracket for the charger and also another wall bracket to hold the plug when not in use.Not that you need it, as there is no adjustment, the user manual is the most detailed out of all three chargers I have used.
