My wife just had to have these; her friend just swears by them. I wore a pair four nights in a row and then 2 nights without them. I see no difference either way. I haven't said anything to my wife and won't until she actually tries them herself (if ever). Personally, I wouldn't buy them again or recommend them to anyone else.I did not detect a smell and there are enough holes they will fit anyone. They are not easy to assemble or put on for me but I have arthritis in my fingers. For what they are, they are well made and should last a long time. I did not get detectable pain relief or numbness relief in my hands; the main reason we bought these.

I get very sea sick and hate the old style of bands! These are functional and look cute! They remind me of my Apple Watch! Work very well on the cruises I’ve used them on!
