Clip broke immediately but seller replaced it
UPDATEThe seller reached out after the refund and replaced the product which shows their commitment to good customer service. Although my partner hasn't worn this much yet, the readings are very detailed and surpass the high end smartwatch with ECG I got my partner for monitoring their arrhythmias. Exporting reports is quite easy too.-----------Initial review: Got this for my partner who was advised to monitor their potential AF. As soon as I took it out of the box and tried to clip it on the charger (no rough movement) the clips spring broke and launched itself nearby so unless I held it down with my hand constantly, it wouldn't charge. When my partner put it on it would lose connection constantly even after I advised them to leave their phone nearby but not have it very close to the monitor.

Very poor quality charging clip and poor customer service.
On opening the product box and examining the contents it was found that the charging clip was broken and unuseable. This charging clip consists of sprung plastic jaws which clip to terminals on the monitoring device in order to charge the imbedded battery. It was found to be broken into two halfs on opening the product box. There was no sign of damage to the box or the packaging in which it arrived. On examining the clip, both pivots were found to be snapped off and in bits. I found this charging clip to be of an appallingly flimsy design.Inside the product box was a card with the manufacturer's website and email address. It invited purchasers to make contact if any problem with the product was found. As, for all I knew, the actual monitor was of good quality, I decided to send an email requesting a replacement charging clip, preferably, if possible, a redesigned clip. In the email I stated from where the product was purchased (Amazon UK) and Amazon's order number. I requested an acknowledgement as soon as possible. Several days went by with no reply. I then sent an email to an address found from a Google search. Again no reply. Eventually I received a reply, believed to be from the first address saying the recipient could find no record of my purchase and would I provide them with more information. This was done by sending a copy of Amazon's confirmation of order. It gave no more information than that already supplied. I made it plain that the product would be returned to Amazon for a refund if a sensible reply was not received promptly. This (return the product) I had to do. A couple of days after the product had been returned, a reply was received stating there were no replacement charging clips in stock at the present time and suggested the product be sent back for a replacement.Readers of this review should note there are at least two other reviews that refer to broken charging clips. So, the reason for the one star given to this product is for very poor accessory design and perceived abysmal service.J.M.

A Good Basic Single Lead View Holter Monitor
As someone who suffers Cardiac Arrythmias and also trained to monitor and interpret them I have used many different ECG machines both static and Holter. The main issue I always had was the vast amount of ECG patches needed and the multiple wired leads that are attached to you especially if using a 12 lead Holter, it is uncomfortable and somewhat annoying. So I wanted to try something that would be barely noticeable when wearing and also dosen't cost a fortune in ECG electrodes. I have used monitors needing 10 electrodes each time for long periods and its expensive. So I thought that I would give this single lead view Holter Monitor a go, I didn't expect much to be honest but I have been pleasantly surprised at its performance. Its not without its flaws and there are areas where it could be improved but on the whole as a basic single lead monitor view its good. The features that I like:Dosen't require trailing leads, it can be used with a chest strap or a couple of ECG electrodes that attach to the monitor. You don't have to be to accurate with its placement as its just a single lead view.It has an Event Marker, this is a must for me, so when you get symptoms you can tell the monitor to mark the event which makes it easy to find when reviewing the ECG later, bearing in mind that you can end up with a 1000 pages of ecg on a prolonged recording so that is why its a must for me. Imagine scrolling through that trying to find a few episodes, so this Event Marker lists all the times you activate it.The monitor is barely noticeable and seems to perform with a chest strap nearly as well as with electrodes, the only downside i found with the chest strap was chaffing and rubbing when used for long periods.Long Battery life and dosen't overwrite previous recordings so you can do multiple in one day and it will list them all up to its storage capacity. It comes with downloadable ECG software for PC so that you can download view each page of recordings which can be 1000 but I prefer this as I know how to interpret ECG's.For those who do not then it comes with an AI software that is free to analyse the recordings for you and send you a report usually within minutes. As with the PC software you can save as a PDF file and print. For the most part the recordings are clear and have less motion artifact than monitors with leads. What could be improved:I would like the PC software to include a heart rate on each page of recordings and give more detailed information.I find the AI software misinterprets motion artifact from movement as an Arrhythmia and also ignores some arrythmias as interference but on the whole it does a reasonable job but could be improved. The recordings are a very basic single lead view so not diagnostic, it can draw attention to the need for further investigation or to monitor a diagnosed condition but it is not diagnostic in itself because of its limitations of single lead views and misinterpretations. The ECG electrodes are not universal Generic so you are tied to purchasing from the company each time and they are not cheap by comparison but use a chest strap and you don't need them.I think that the transfer lead which double as a charging lead is a bit flimsy and I am very careful with it, I think this could be improved for durability. So Overall its a good little monitor, records well, for long periods, is not intrusive, its pretty easy to use and allows all the recordings to be viewed or interpreted by a basic AI system or personally on a PC. the app is fine, It charges quick, is not as expensive as others but seems to have more features such as event marker and 24 hour monitoring. I have been using it now for a month and it does the job but I am concerned over how durable it will be but will update over time. I like the PC view better than the App but both have the usefulness. So overall I am pleased.
