Not easy to build, but does the job well
This large caging has done a great job of containing a mother cat and her 4 elder semi-feral and rowdy kittens. Set up was a bit of a pain solo (literally, I was sore after) but doable. Just make sure everything is truly clipped in and check your levels closely before moving onto the next. The provided clips and zip ties are helpful for support but the tiny hammer was completely useless. When I do it again I’ll put a tarp underneath - there are small spaces in between the squares of the floor so spilled water or litter or food will get between and under the base. If you’re routinely entering and exiting, the clips on the door are very annoying but do the job. I’m not a small person, but I can comfortable stand and sit inside after ducking sideways through the door. This would be more difficult if you have mobility limitations. The shelving is useful and convenient to hold food and treats but not solid enough for spray bottles or other cleaning supplies to stand upright on their own. They definitely wouldn’t be sturdy enough for litter.I really like that I can take it all apart and put it away with little storage space necessary and pull it back out when needed vs. caging that is a solid piece - super convenient for an occasional kitten foster with limited space. Would recommend (bring your patience for building) and will use again. I bought some extra hammocks and needed them, the provided hammock broke about a week in after extensive playing and snoozing. If you need to use a large litter box for multiple kitties, there’s really only one spot for it which is right in the middle of the floor due to the stabilizers around the cage floor. This means you can’t easily include a tall scratching post or tower in the space. The cats also had some trouble using the ramps to get from level to level, but figured out how to work around it.

NOT SAFE. This Cage Almost Killed my Chinchilla!!!!
My chinchilla is very fat but still was able to squeeze through the square holes. They should not be advertising it for a chinchilla. My chinchilla got stuck and i had to shove her out the hole. She was bleeding and now I have to go see a vet due to this.

Completely honest review
I got this for my outdoor cats to be in a safe area away from cars and the road. It took 2 hours to build and 2 more hours to reinforce. If you do not use the zip ties the cats can tear this thing down like nothing. You have to reinforce every corner every platform. Ever edge and middle area. The worst part was the roof it dose not line up correctly so you have corners that do not fit or reach some areas and it looks rickidy. But zip tye them and it will keep from falling. Zip tye the roof sides middles edges and it will stay in place. They don't really send this thing with enough conecter peaces. But the ziptyes work btw buy more ziptyes you'll need them. Over all it is pretty good honast as long as you get it put together and reinforce it with the ziptyes it stays up and together pretty sure we'll. But the price is boughus it's way way way over priced really if I knew what I knew now I'd of just invested in a 200$ chicken run and put a tarp over the top. It would be way bigger and way safer. Because this thing is crap if you don't have ziptyes. Really... But if it keeps my cats from getting hit in the road I say it's worth it because of there safety

Good quality
Devilishly hard to assemble, they send a tiny hammer with the product. What you'll need is pliers. Note to manufacturers...cats don't need ladders. Good way to break a leg, solid surface ramps might be useful for kittens. Update....I've been using this cage almost a year, just raised a litter of four extremely active kittens and am amazed at the durability of this product. The ladders were helpful to the kittens. I recommend this cage and would buy it again.

Horrible!
Terrible assembly. Not sturdy. Continuously falling apart. Not safe for kittens they kept getting their heads stuck in cage. Would not recommend.
