CBConcept is the best! I have been using their MR16 bulbs for the last year in various colors to light the exterior of my house. I have 4 palm trees that I light up different colors depending on the time of year and holiday. For example, St. Patty’s Day the palms are lit up green, for Valentines Day the trees were pink. CBConcept bulbs are so bright and vibrant. I have purchased other bulbs through Amazon, but I always find they lack brightness. These bulbs are the best I can find. I have four different colors now and hope to continue adding new colors until I have every color available. I also plan on trying their other bulb sizes in the very near future. Great company, great product, great communication if you have questions.

What a great Blue colored landscape bulb! My wife and I just came back from Mexico and were looking to recreate the blue/red light effects from the beach in our back yard with our landscape lighting. These work perfectly. Have been working all night for about a month, so no problems with longevity or duds yet. I'm looking forward to trying the red/green combination in our landscape lighting for the Holidays. I wouldn't mind it if they came out with Orange and Purple for Halloween either!

Wow, these bulbs are EXCELLENT replacements for the 10 watt halogen bulbs that ship with the Moonrays 95836 Bollard-Style Low Voltage Metal Path Light Fixture. Save yourself the money and hassle of buying the more expensive LED version of this light fixture and buy the halogen all metal one and put these concept 5watt led bulbs in. I couldn't be happier with their warm color temperature, lumen output, and low voltage operation for my landscape lighting! Would absolutely buy again and recommend for anyone looking to convert to LED.

So I purchased 60 of these back in 2017 and placed 55 into service in my landscaping back then, which mind you is in the the Las Vegas desert climate. Over the years, many of these failed so I've purchased another 1 box of spares in 12/2020 and then again in 1/2024. I'm getting ready do buy another box now as I'm down to 1 spare but will pick another vendor to see what's up. Now what I like is the brightness. These guys are about the only ones that sell a MR16 product is producing 100 lumens/watt. I have yet to verify the watts but I'll do that later and will post an update if I find an issue. Good too, is their pricing. So for these two items they get 5 stars. Ok, they are designed in San Fran, so maybe that would earn them 5 stars on quality you would think. But no, they lack quality control of their Chinese manufacturers!!! They say they have a patent to produce that 500 lumens? Great! But they need to manage their quality because these things fail too often. Maybe my rating it is not fair because I live in the Nevada desert where the heat will surely cause early failures, but, as evidenced in the pictures I posted, at least 4 of these have melted since 2017 and at least another 4 have the problem of the pins receding -- as posted in numerous other reviews. And boy they really stink after they melt. So if you are putting these inside hour home, you know you've got a problem if you smell a bad odor. Now I know the pin issue is caused by the heat because the pins were totally fine when I placed the bulbs into service! My guess is the heat causes the pins to separate from the circuit board, and then the "fire" or melting occurs as a second phase. The rest of the bulbs failed by one or more of less-than-desired/no light output, or flickering. I cannot comment on their dimming capabilities since I don't wish to be dimming my landscape lighting. It seems between 2017 and 2020, they did an engineering change to introduce 500 lumens and dimmable bulbs since in 2017, they only had 450 lumens and non-dimmable products.Last comment then: whether you go with these guys or anyone else, with landscape lighting at least, make sure the socket has the metal clips on them to help both hold the bulb and draw some of the heat away from the bulb. The replacement vendor I will pick next will have a metal housing and I surely expect to pay $$$ more for this. Let's see how it goes. In the meantime, I can only advise the engineering team in San Fran to do better quality control, and perhaps update their design to have better cooling on the housing.

Holy cow these are bright. We had been using the 20w standard halogen in our kitchen and they would burn out in a couple month ... the did light the kitchen, but barely (10000 hours my foot). Anyways, saw these and thought that 5w usage with an 'Equivalent' rating of 50w would work and bring a little needed light to the kitchen (I have used LED and CF bulbs before that had an equivalent rating that was always overrated). These things, though, it's like I put in a 150w bulb. We were just going to replace a couple but had to replace more since the rest of the kitchen seemed dim and shady. I cannot speak towards the longevity of these, but they are bright. Maybe too bright ... I am sitting here seeing things that need cleaned :)

CBConcept Delivers!!. I converted all of my Malibu halogen landscape lights to LED. A few days after completing the conversion, one of my LED bulbs failed. When I contacted CBConcept and informed them a bulb failed they shipped me a replacement. The LED lights look great and I can enjoy my lighted landscaping & home at night even more knowing I significantly reduced my power usage by converting from halogen to LED! Thank you CBConcept.

Never had a problem before with my dimmable tract lighting. Have only used clear bulbs. These blue ones not only did not dim, but they also flickered - very annoying. One of the tract units no longer worked after I replaced the blue bulb with the original clear bulb. These blue bulbs are DOGS!

Got these to replace the white halogen bulbs that came with the spotlights. The blue on these look great directed onto my palm trees and the energy usage drop over the halogens was easily verified with my kill-a-watt meter. The build quality is equal to that of some more expensive white LED bulbs I had previously purchased and the have been running nightly for 2 months with no issues.
