Likely loaded with heavy metals.(Im an ex smoker, the aftertaste of this powder tastes like metallic post smoke taste.)No measuring spoon provided for measurement. A company has to be either really careless or just cheap to not provide measuring scoop.Wrong type of supplements can damage kidneys in the long run, let’s choose better.

The packaging does not clearly mention the quantity of mag glycinate per serving. It only says 120 servings but how much of it in each scoop??

Might be effective. But tastes a bit like raw eggs.
