Poor quality

Good product. Very strong and can carry load of vehicle. I use it to pulled my car using it. The shackles are really strong and can easily be put into towing hooks of all cars. It is a good investment for sure that can save lot money and you from a stuck situation a must for every car fit.

Broke on the first use itself. Was pulling a isuzu vcross and its broke near to the hook.

The product broke into 2 pieces in the very 1st rescue of a Thar..not capable of rescuing a 2 ton vehicle. It is better to buy similar product from local tool shop. It comes for about rs.750.

The hooks provided doesnt snap into the tow hooks of cars, they are small in size. While pulling a vehicle out of a muddy puddle, the rope was about to be snapped. Doesnt look like it can pull 5 tons as claimed.

Quality of the product is very good. Packaging was also good. Products very heavy it can also pull heavy trunk lorry. Very help full.
