Works as expected but having two sides you cannot run the same setting. Must be two different things. So, if you wanted to do two separate containers of veggies (or water, same setting) you can't. You can use the meat setting for a minute longer or stop it early, just can't run the same thing on both sides. Not a deal breaker. The other thing is the power cord doesn't fit tight on the unit, it slips out. Not sure if it's just the one I got.

So, this ozone producer worked well for a couple weeks. I had bought this to use in my hot tub since ozone is 10 X more powerful than chlorine as a disinfectant, and redoxes back to O2. Chlorine is nasty stuff. (There is a great site that shows many reactions of ozone with organic and inorganic compounds (Amazon doesn't like websites in reviews. Try Oxidationtech.) even with deadly compounds like HCN, hydrogen cyanide, the gas that used to be used in gas chambers. Reaction with Ozone: 2 HCN + 5 O3 ---- > 2 CO2 + H2O + N2 + 5 O2 . These rection products make up some 98+% of every breath we take. ) I would set it for 30 minutes, put both hoses in the tub with the pump on and leave for an hour. I was wondering why the water didn't look better. The room smelled fresh, though. So I brought the unit up to run in washing machine water before adding the clothes. It turned off in 5 minutes. It turned off most of the time, sometimes turning off in seconds. I looked for support . . . And looked . . . Click on the "Product Warranty: For warranty information about this product, please click here" in the "Product Information" section. See what you get ? What I got was a unit with two handy hoses and a negative ion generator that doesn't work. And no way to rectify it. The ozone generator has promise, but with not product support how can I recommend it ? I just ordered a second unit from a different maker in a little more than a month. Not happy.

The body of the product was scuffed up, and the overall feel was cheap plastic. That said, we were happy with the performance two times. Then suddenly no more ozone produced! Seemed like a defect. Cord also didn't stay in the socket easily... So, overall, it was a miss for us.Just to consider: there were separate buttons and sides of the device for flesh foods and plant foods. Not a big deal for us (we purchased it for purifying water and air), but something to consider if you don't eat animals - basically one half of the device isn't even used in that case.We returned this and will be getting a model from a different company.
