The media could not be loaded. Needed to add lots of fuel to allow the fire to burn for a decent amount of time.Don’t expect high heat from product but is a lovely addition to your outdoor table at night.

Don’t expect a great amount of heat off it but gives a lovely effect . Seems safe to use had no problems filling and using outside light breeze does not effect it greatly
