This is a hard no.I have a bit of a bigger nose and the largest size doesn’t fit well. Falls out half way through the night. Aaaaand is extremely uncomfortable. I should’ve just returned the product to get my money back. But I wanted to give it a solid try. But unfortunately it didn’t work out.

It does a good job of opening up nasal passages.It can be a little hard to keep on in the night, but usually found easily.

No me han gustado mucho por que son muy molestas al dormir, siempre termino quitándomelo durante la noche.

these don't open up anything so I'll just keep using the others I've been using I used to buy on ebay but now he no longer carriers med so found sum on here that are like them so guess go back to them was really hoping these would work cuz they last longer. I have sever Deviated setumes on both sides had several surgeries to fix them last dr really made things worse and skipped town leaving all patients office and hospital wondering what happened now only way to fix it will be two break it in two spots and use peices of my rib not sure want to go threw that. But sure these help others but don't me

Good sleep when I wear them. Poor sleep without. Fits well! (Comes with an introductory multi-size pack). Easy to use, slip in and they stay put. Does it's job - well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
