I will need to update this review. I started these a few days ago. I started one for lunch and one in the evening but I did not see much of a difference but when I accidentally took two at once it lowered my blood pressure and definitely relaxed me which lowered my heart. I will try this for another few weeks and see.Can anyone tell me how much magnesium is in each capsule? Also on the bottle it says (from 750 mg of magnesium taurare) 150 mg 36%. No clue what it means. It works for about 10 hours. The bottle says 1 to two capsules so I suppose no more than two capsules a day. With 2 caps I definitely felt relaxed. Will update this review after being on it for at least 15 days.

Good product.

These magnesium capsules are easy to swallow, no odor or taste. Packaging is very nice, intact. Using as a supplement to increase my blood levels. Will update after blood results come in.
