The resin seems of superior quality, though it’s hard to tell if it has any positive effect. I assume it’s doing its job.

I like that this is organic and comes with a spatula spoon for measuring the amount to be taken. It does have a very distinctive. For those with a sensitive palate I would suggest mixing it with luke warm water, I take without dissolving. I do feel energised taking shilajit so I will continue with this supplement.

I have a hard time telling if this does anything for my body but I like the concept of the minerals. I do not like that is is made in China. I can not thoroughly check out the contents of every product and am skeptical if it is made in China, they, right or wrong have been given bad reviews for products made over there.

This is my first time ordering Shilajit, the Shilajit was thick and had hardly any smell.

I'm hopeful that the benefits will outweigh the unpleasant flavor. I've been taking it for a few days now, without mixing it with anything. Considering the price and potential benefits, I'm optimistic that it will prove effective.
