I like to add a little stevia but it tastes great!

Tea was awesome after my surgery. Taste was fine for me as I am not a tea drinker. After I drunk this i felt so good with fluid releasing. I definitely recommend this item.

I do think this works in all honesty and the flavor is way milder than people have described. It is like a dry herbal flavor but not at all gross. A little medicinal but it is pretty chill. I would recommend drinking this on spa days to aid whatever massage services you get, but this is not for weight loss, just massage support.

I think it helps reduce the fluids. I will use more often to be sure. Taste is ok. Sometimes I add honey.

Might work for others but it didn’t work for me. Post surgery I had swollen feet and drinking this tea daily for over 2 weeks with no change. Don’t consume a lot of sodium either 🤷‍♂️
