Seems accurate
Tester arrived today. It comes with batteries loaded in it and the tester is already calibrated. Its intended purpose is to test my salt pool. I went out and tested the water for the salinity and pH. The readings seemed accurate and within the ideal numbers I was looking for.

Comments from a Salt Water Pool
Works as expected although a bit expensive. Easy to use multiple times. Had it for 1 year, so far, no problems noting its never been dropped or even dropped into the pool.

Salt Option accurate, PH not effective always
Great for salt water testing.PH test option seems to fail after a few months of each one I purchase. Haven't tried recalibration, however. PH will start drastically high and very slowly drop down but still well above the general area I suspect.

Works as expected
Needed something to check the salt water on my pool since the built in one was never accurate causing me to add copious amounts of salt. This thing is super easy and convenient to accomplish that task.

Salinity and ph and water temp
The device works as it should. Directions could be a little more user friendly but like I said once you foot it does what it is supposed to do

Helped me identify my high ph issue!
Helped me identify the high ph level as the issue killing fish in my koi pond. Apparently my tap water ph is 9.45! Now that I know this, I can treat any water I add to the pond and my Koi are MUCH happier.Readout is quick and easy. I also appreciate the temperature and salinity features!

Junk
i tested a sample of pool water. first time PH was 14. the second time it was 5. I know it's in the 7.5 range. salt test came in around 150 ppm. It is likely closer to 3000 ppm. My filter says it is good and I recently added 80lbs. on to simpler things, the water temp read 51 F. My thermapen read 67 which makes more sense. complete garbage, don't waste your time or money with this.
